Moonshine Lodge Equestrian Centre was established by its owners from their passion for horse riding. Our centre provides an opportunity for others to share our enjoyment of the outdoors on horseback.
The centre is set on the side of Cnoc an Óir hill overlooking the Shannon Estuary and Loop Head Peninsula. This rural setting offers great opportunity for varied horse riding. Unaccountable mountain pathways, rural back roads, forestry plantations, streams, farmland and sandy beaches make this location a trekking paradise.
The idea is to deliver a top class service to horse lovers who want to indulge themselves in the open air regardless of their level of experience. We can cater for small groups of riders, families and individuals and provide tailored treks to suit novice and experienced riders.
Nearby seaside holiday resort of Ballybunion with its stunning Blue Flag beaches and world famous golf courses offer the visitor a chance of a variety of activities to ensure an unforgettable experience.
