I'm a novice rider, is the trekking for me?
Yes, whether you are an experienced rider or a novice we have horses & ponies to suit your ability.
What is the age limit?
The minimum age for rider is 10 years, but younger children who have riding experience will be considered.
Do I need to have my own riding hat?
A selection of riding hats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
What footwear is required?
Riding boots are recommended for all rides but for short treks footwear with small heels will be sufficient. Runners, strong work/walking boots are not recommended.
What clothes shall I wear for a ride?
Full-length comfortable trousers are necessary. Long sleeve top is recommended. As the weather changes quickly at the coast don't forget to bring waterproof jacket.
Can I bring my own horse for a ride?
Yes, feel free to join our treks or trial rides with your own horse.
